What's that smell??

Chris woke up this morning, walked down stairs and smelled something fierce. He went around our house smelling different things: garbage can, sink, laundry, basement...etc. He then walked over to one of our windows in the kitchen and found this mountain of POOP! He said that he almost threw up three times from the smell of it. If you have a cat you know their poo smells worse than anything.
Last night as we got home from MSU the neighborhood cat was at our door. He is such a friendly cat (hence his name "Friendly") and we've let him sleep inside many times before, and we have never had a problem. We are thinking maybe he was in too long and couldn't hold it any longer. The cat is now outside and the smell and evidence are gone.

Moral of the story: I will not be getting my very own cat anytime soon, nor a baby. I think this incident has left a scar on poor Chris.

oh my gosh! That was so funny to see your blog open up and see a big picture of poop. I was like "what the heck?" that's a funny story. cats = devil. I will never have a cat again.

That's just nasty! Just let me know when you need a reminder and I'll have Connor come lay cable in the same spot and with the same smell, maybe even worse!

Our neighbors cats come over to our house and pee and poop everywhere, it's disgusting...
Dan has thought of some clever ways to get rid of them but I'm 99.99% sure they're illegal so it's not happening.
As for babies - you'll love everything about your own, even the poop :)

Well, maybe you won't love the poop from your kids, but at least you'll be able to get through it without gagging too much!
Cats that are trained and have litter boxes are fine! We love ours!

Yuck!! That sucks. That is one reason we don't have any pets, but believe me kids are much better and worth it.
